Inspections and audits
Employees of Telcolab conduct inspections to ensure compliance with the requirements of specific standards and the following directives:
- low voltage 2014/35/EU
- machine 2006/42/EC
- electromagnetic compatibility EMC 2014/30/EU
- radio RED 2014/53/EU
- network code - NC RfG (UE) 2016/631
Inspections encompass production processes, their components or interconnections, as well as final products or components resulting from these processes. They are carried out at the client’s premises within a timeframe that ensures process evaluation and verification of its impact. It can be complemented by product testing and conformity assessment, including EC/EU-type examination. Upon completion of the inspection, the client receives a detailed report.
Our auditors approach each client in a customized manner. Our verifications are tailored to meet the specific needs:
- The most diverse customer requirements, technical product properties, work organization requirements, and legal aspects
- Compliance with environmental protection, occupational health and safety, data protection, and confidentiality requirements
- Implementation of quality programs, including LEAN, Six Sigma, 5S, SMED, KAIZEN
After the audit is conducted, the client is notified about the actual state of the subject under investigation and receives recommendations regarding possible optimizations.
